Its very natural to feel low and  down in our life. Feeling low or down is though a dangerous threat to our mental health but but  it is very natural feeling.  Feeling low has its synonyms  like  sunk, dejected, downhearted, disconsolate, wretched,  sad, gloomy,  distressed, heartbroken, inconsolable, blue, despondent, depressed, miserable, hopeless, pessimistic dismal, oppressed  and desperate. Every problem has a solution  only you need to discover it. When you hit the right solution the problem will vanish. You should have belief in yourself  because your problem   will be solved by you only.

MATHEMATICS GIVES US THE HOPE THAT EVERY PROBLEM HAS A SOLUTION                                                                                                                 

 Small  things in our life can do  wonders because life is made  of small things. IF WE TAKE CARE   OF SMALL THINGS BIG THINGS WILL  TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES:                                   

1. If you change the place , position , activity for some time you will see the change in mood. 

2. If you want to feel confident stand up and walk around for few minutes.   

3. Engage yourself in yoga ,walk ,exercise some games and sports  your mood will change.      

4. Start watering the plants ,feed the animals and the birds you will feel something different.                                                                    

                     

5.Take a break from your work for a week or so and go for trip or tour . You can also take your work    to some other place for a change                                                                                                         

6.Talk to family members ,friends and help others in any form so  to feel a change in mood .        

                                                     

                     

                      

  7. Clean and rearrange your kitchen and room .Rearrange your wardrobe. Color your hair , massage        your scalp ,pamper your skin ,have some chocolate .

   8. Read an interesting book by your side to follow the author's experiences, watch T.V.         .

                                                             

 9. Coloring and painting is a therapy for the change in mood and  writing down feelings in  personal   diary can also uplift mood .   

 10. Photography is an art that can be developed as a good hobby. Cycling and Swimming too are excellent mood buster

                                                                                                   

                 

The fact is that we all ride the elevator of mood all through our lives and the mood depends on our mental, emotional, intellectual and physical conditions and it is amusing that most of the time the key of our happiness in others hand. Our happiness no doubt depends on the success and failure of our lives also. We have to accept our life is not what it is rather what we make it .Life is a game where sometimes we are losers and sometimes winners. Sorrow ,suffering , frustration ,hatred , jealousy, competition ,passion and all other negativity in our lives lead us to downfall only. Life does not go well if we are worried , insecure, and depressed so we must try to elevate our mood by curiosity, resourcefulness and gratefulness.

MANTRA TO ELEVATE OUR MOOD CAN BE :

1.Lets take care of ourselves by good night's sleep.

2.Lets take a great workout and shower.

3.Lets have the company of good and positive people.

4.Lets take a walk ,call a friend, get busy with social sites, and good books.

5.Lets count our daily blessings ,good food, good house and good health.
