Novel Coronavirus was identified almost on 31st December, 2019 by Wuhan Municipal Health Commission ,China . A cluster of cases of Pneumonia in Wuhan ,Hubei Province was first observed. On 1st January,2020 WHO set up IMST(Incident Management Support Team ) to deal with this outbreak across the three levels Headquarters, Regional Headquarters and Country level . On 4th January,2020 WHO r eported on social media that there was a cluster of pneumonia cases in Wuhan Hubei Province . On 5th January 2020 WHO published first Disease Outbreak News on New Virus . On 13th January 2020 officially first case of COVID -19 was confirmed in Thailand.
