The purpose and intention of making your new year resolution is only to make your life better than what it was earlier or may be your cautious efforts not to repeat your past follies. Why do you make resolutions? Answer to it is simple you make an effort to win over your weaknesses.

1.FOCUS ON GOOD DIET:

The first and the foremost resolution is related to your diet only and you must take care of proper balanced diet. To keep yourself totally away from the temptation of junk food it is just next to impossible so you must make a resolution to take it ones in a week either food or beverage. Fresh vegetables, fruits and water must be preferred. Smoking and drinking alcohol is injurious to health so it would be better to make a resolution to minimize the intake and later to get rid of it. 

2. PHYSICAL EXERCISE AS A DAILY ROUTINE:


The second most important resolution is to be made of keeping yourself physically active and fit. Exercise, meditation and yoga must be a part of your daily life in the new year. You should walk for 20 minutes every day. Walk should be a regular daily activity to be included in your life to keep fit.

3. MAINTAIN REGULAR READING HABIT:


To keep ourselves mentally fit reading is the best exercise for brain. Reading makes your memory sharp, update you with the latest and will give you some food for thoughts. Creative writing is a virtue and writing your thoughts in the evening will brighten your spirit for the next day’s activity. Better take a resolution to write a diary only a few words may work wonder.

Naturally being busy will give positivity to the brain and strength to the body and will drain out all the negativity. You feel energetic and lively when you meet pleasant and positive people around you. Join a club or a group to have a nice time in the company of people with similar interests. 9.KEEP GROOMING AND MAINTAINING WARDROBE:



Grooming builds your confidence and make you feel pampered. Groom well and pamper yourself at spa and saloon twice in a month. Maintain wardrobe with the fashionable and latest dresses.
