WASHINGTON This is a story of an American Educator, Author, Orator and a Dominant Leader of the African- American Community Booker Taliaferro Washington born on April 05 TH 1856 in Hale’s Ford, Virginia, The United States. He was born to Slavery and freed by the Civil War in 1865 . As a young man he became Head of Tuskegee Institute , and then Head of Teacher’s College for Blacks . He appealed Whites to give a chance to Black to work and develop. Booker T. Washington was supported by all Prominent People of his time including White.
