Many of us aspire to be a great Leader but how many of us get success in this venture? A few .Why? Its because Leadership is a personal power to influence other .The Leader is able to see what others can't see and do. Strategic Leadership grows business and makes you a great and successful Leader. Though it is said that Leaders are born not made but its not true to some extent because Leadership is a powerful skill that can be developed.

 1. A Leader has to take time to learn and must develop learning agility.

 2. To be able to delegate with knowledge, passion and courage. 

 3. Self awareness to influence others is the most important  aspect of a Leader

 4. Should be efficient to take charge of all situations. 

 5. Make yourself the most efficient and the toughest person to survive as a Leader. 

 6. To be courageous enough to see beyond  the domain of future. 

 7. Should have a vision to define short and long -term goals

 8.A Leader should be openminded, creative, flexible and should believe in action.

 9.As a Leader one should always remain  out of comfort zone.

 10.Must felicitate team work with integrity and progressive attitude

       

 A Leader has to do more, dream more in limited time with intelligent direction and skillful execution   influencing the team that makes the difference . In our life and career too we have plenty of Empty   Spaces 'to do more and more '. In the context of Empty Spaces Christopher Silvester ,the   author of   'The  Penguin Book of Interviews' reminds  us of an excerpt taken from his interview of  infamous     writer Umberto Eco where he mentions his unlimited work in limited time. Umberto Eco mentioned     that most of our  productive work is  done during our Empty Spaces of  life  he attends  academic   conferences  during  the week and write  novels on Sundays.
